I've been where you are.

18 stone. Pre-transition. Hated what I saw in the mirror. I know what it's like to feel trapped in a body that doesn't match who you are. I know what it's like to walk into a gym and feel like you don't belong there.

I went from unhealthy and unhappy to pulling heavy deadlifts - now training clients at Fortis Gym (Poole). That didn't happen by accident. It happened because I built a structured plan around my actual life.
